J. Philip Kesecker, President of J. Philip Kesecker, Inc., has served Morgan County West Virginia as a real estate salesman and broker since 1956. He obtained his broker's license and opened his own real estate office in 1958. In the early years, the focus of the business was insurance and real estate. A passion for land development and housing projects led to full-time real estate services. Always interested in the community and the healthy growth of the county, his expertise was directed toward real estate development. He has participated in the development of approximately 75 subdivisions. J. Philip Kesecker currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNB Bank in Berkeley Springs and actively participates in the following listed affiliations:
